Front Office / Reception:

Part-time/full-time positions available. Varied hours and shifts at all of our locations. Job duties include but are not limited to welcoming/entering patients in billing system, creating and maintaining pt. medical records, answering phones, scanning/faxing/copying, working closely with medical staff. Job requirements include but are not limited to exceptional customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with medical/nursing staff, patients, and public. Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computer knowledge (35wpm), copiers, calculators, and facsimile machines. Good analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Nurse / CMA / X-Ray:

Medical Assistant with Limited Radiology

Medical Assistant with Limited Radiology license needed for an Urgent Care clinic in Omaha, NE. This is a casual position with the possibility of full time in the near future as our clinics grow in Omaha & the surrounding communities.

MUST have graduated from an accredited school of Medical Assisting, have 6 months or more clinic experience, & be licensed in State of Nebraska in limited radiography.

This position requires excellent communication skills, working knowledge of treatments & medications used in an acute care setting, ability to react calmly in emergency situations, & the ability to work/adapt with all disciplines of the health care team.

The clinics are open days, evenings, weekends & holidays. This position will require working scheduled hours at 2 or more of our clinic locations.
